Description
Fong Pok Sou is the 11th and final single hand technique of the Tonglong Won Sou form. Release full energy and power from the ground through to the palm with no interruption. This is the stage of unblocking the pipeline and developing cloud hands. To help discover the power in the technique, pad work is provide and demonstrated in depth. The application is displayed for hand to hand combat.
