Hoon Sou’s are purely designed as fighting application of the Tonglong Won Sou form. This is where things get serious. The circular movement is very prominent and becomes unseen by your opponent when delivered correctly, creating devastating results. There are no shortcuts, you will need the form and single hand techniques of this level to truly produce the ging power and accuracy required. To help discover the power in the application, pad and heavy bag work training are provided and demonstrated in depth along with each fighting combination.
