Your membership gives you the freedom to attend all scheduled lessons at any of our 7 locations, all offering various training times.
Our martial arts academy offers a variety of training scenarios to suit the individual’s requirements, fitness levels and goals to obtain the healthy body and mind.
All Adults, Young Mantis, Women self empowerment, Private/Personal training, Anti-bullying, Cardio and fitness lessons are conducted in a safe and controlled environment under the supervision of qualified SOUTHERN PRAYING MANTIS Instructors with years of experience in this traditional art form.
As a traditional academy, we pride ourselves on our Code of Conduct, thus maintaining a high level of discipline and respect that has been passed down through the generations. Uniforms are available from the Academy.
To enhance your training, you can organise your own personal lesson with a Sifu or Instructor of your choice, this is the secret of maintaining your own personal standards in the art.
