Description
Moot Pai Sou is the 8th single hand technique of the Tonglong Won Sou form. The power is explosive when breaking through the opponents bridge/guard, followed by snatching and releasing ging. To help discover the power in the technique, pad work is provide and demonstrated in depth. The application is displayed for hand to hand combat.
