This lesson Sifu takes you through the correct body structure required to complete the Staff Attack with total accuracy. In slow motion you will discover correct positioning of the hands and feet while using the blocking and attacking techniques when used in combat. Once you have obtained these skills and continue to train them, your Kung Fu will improve dramatically.
